Mommie Dearest is the third episode of Bette and Joan, the first season of the drama anthology series Feud, and the third episode overall. Tim Minear served as writer, and Gwyneth Horder-Payton served as director. It officially premiered on FX on March 19, 2017.
As the production of Baby Jane reaches its climax, the feud becomes physical. Bette's relationship with her daughter becomes strained when she bonds with a new cast member. Joan reveals an intimate detail about her past.[2]
